Tang Linghua, Chairman of the Board of China International Telecommunication Construction Corporation (CITCC), Yang Jun, Deputy General Manager of CITCC, and the entourage visited CNIS to enhance cooperation.

The exchange meeting was attended by Luo Fangping, President and Deputy Party Secretary of CNIS, and Li Zhiping, Vice President of CNIS, and heads of relevant departments from CITCC and CNIS.

Luo Fangping welcomed the delegation led by Tang Linghua. He hoped that the two parties will deepen practical cooperation and collaborative innovation in fields of standards system, quality infrastructure, zero-carbon laboratory, standards internationalization, etc. Further efforts are expected to be put into accelerating the industrial application of innovation achievements, to support building self-reliance and strength in science and technology at higher levels.

Tang Linghua introduced the long history and development status of CITCC. The two parties have complementary strengths and broad space of cooperation, said Tang, who expressed the willing to deepen the cooperation between the two parties, working together to make the communication industry the first one to realize carbon neutrality in China.
