The launching ceremony of Oasis Eye Protection Laboratory of HONOR Device Co., Ltd. was held on November 16 in Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong province.

At the meeting, Li Zhiping, Vice President of CNIS and Deng Bin, CTO of HONOR, a leading global provider of smart devices enabling a smart life across all scenarios and all channels, signed the agreement on the joint laboratory of optic health.

The two parties expressed the desire for a comprehensive and stable cooperative relationship to carry out the research on and development of new concepts and new technologies related to optic health.

Reviewing the cooperation between the two parties, Li Zhiping elaborates the significance of assuring consumers' health and supporting the high-quality development of industry by experimental research and standardization methods, further prospecting the development of the joint laboratory of optic health.

Experts from CNIS and HONOR have been working on technologies related to healthy display and eye protection screen since 2022. The research team succeed to develop several new technologies for eye-protecting screen display, such as natural light-like eye protection technology, which have been applied in HONOR's series of mobile phones and tablets and received excellent market and social response.
