Food Sensory and Analysis Laboratory

Food sensory analysis laboratory in the attention and support of leaders at all levels of the Chinese Institute of Standardization, after several years of development, has been preliminarily established a set of scientific research, product testing, and technical training for the integration of public infrastructure services platform.

Laboratory sensory testing area, the area of physical and chemical analysis, intelligent sensory analysis and standard sample preparation area is composed of four parts, the first accredited by CNAS sensory laboratory. Among them, the construction of sensory testing area in accordance with international standards (ISO 8589:2007), adjust the room with state evaluators, sample preparation chamber the collective discussion rooms and 16 separate sensory evaluation, the evaluation between sensory analysis system with digitized easily, efficient sensory analysis process. The laboratory is equipped with a gas chromatograph, gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC / MS-MS), liquid chromatography, preparative liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC / MS-MS), inductively coupled modern analysis of plasma mass spectrometry (ICP / MS), the electronic nose and electronic tongue, olfactory resolution instrument, texture analyzer, rheometer, scanning electron microscopy, and UV-visible spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, fluorescence spectrometer, colorimeter and refractometer instruments.

Laboratory has a highly qualified research team. All have a master's degree or above, senior professional titles, 40% involved in the food and agricultural standardization, sensory science, modern instrumental analysis, IT multidisciplinary research team. Have both an authoritative experts at home and abroad from the fields of food, tobacco, materials, flavors and fragrances, cosmetics and textile products, such as national testing agency experts and well-known enterprises at home and abroad on behalf of the advisory group.

Food and standardization of agricultural research lab support, conduct product sensory testing, physical and chemical testing, the standard sample preparation, instrument development, technical training and other activities, widely carried out a number of cooperation projects with well-known testing organization and enterprise.
