A theme activity for the 52th World Standard Day was held in Beijing on October 14, which was moderated by Tian Shihong, Vice-Minister of SAMR and Administrator of SAC. Relevant authorities, experts and representatives of company standardization workers gathered to celebrate the day for standardizers.

A series of national standards for city and community sustainable development were released, and videos of Chinese savants winning the ISO Excellence Award and the IEC 1906 Award were played on the activity.
