CNIS holds a meeting with the Occupational Safety & Health Council (OSHC) of Hong Kong virtually on September 14 to enhance communication and cooperation.
The memorandum of cooperation signed in May 2021 symbolizes the formal foundation of cooperative mechanism between CNIS and OSHC, which will further promote the development of occupational ergonomics, as well as occupational safety and health in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong.
Liu Hongsheng, President of CNIS, looked back on the satisfying cooperation with OSHC in the fields of human factors and ergonomics, occupational ergonomics, safety and health, etc.
In the future, CNIS and OSHC should jointly take their scientific and technical advantages to reach higher academic levels and international reputation, addressed Dr. Alan Chan Hoi-shou, Chairman of OSHC.
Researchers and scholars from both sides reached a broad consensus on the application for cooperative projects, publication of academic paper, standard development and building up cooperative mechanism in the aspect of ergonomics and occupational safety and health.
