Researcher, born in 1967, graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with an engineering master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
Mainly engaged in: standardization theory.
Working experience:
1989–now, working at CNIS.
Achievements:
Mr. Pang has presided over the national key technological programme on technical regulations, research on the WTO impact on existing policy and regulations funded by MOST, and five ministerial-level technological reseach programmes. He also led the development of over ten national standards and worked on the pre-research and preparation for serveral other national standards.
