Luo HongResearch Fellow

Born in 1960, graduated from Renmin University of China with a bachelor’s degree in trade, economics and mechandising. Researcher, deputy chief engineer and chief of the Sub-Institute of Fundamental Standardization.

Mainly engaged in: standardization research and technology management.

Working Experience:
1983–1987, assistant engineer at the editorial department for World Standardization and Quality Management.
1987–1993, engineer and senior engineer at the planning division of the China Standardization,Information Classification and Coding Institute.
2003- 2010, research fellow working sequentially at the project management office, planning and technological research department.
2010-now, serving as the CNIS deputy chief engineer, vice chair of the technological research commission and director of the fundamental standardization sub-institute. 

Achievements:
"Countermeasures for fundamental standardization of national key industries”(national key technology fundamental working project) 
Research report, feasbility report and summary reports for the key task under the national technolgocial programme (1996-2000), key projects under the national  major technolgoical research programme (2001-2005) and the national key technological research programme (2006-2010).

Developing the national standard "science and technology reserach projects assessment - guidelines".

Completing the report on standardizaiton results assessment system, a centrally funded fundamental research project.
Awards:
Second prize of Science and Technology Progress by National Educational Committee, 1998.
First prize of Science and Technology Development by AQSIQ, 2004.
Second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 2005.
First prize of Science and Technology Development by AQSIQ, 2007.
First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award by the China General Chambre of Commerce, 2010.
