In line with China's policies in the new era and major strategies for paired assistance to Tibet, CNIS will vigorously utilize the fundamental role of standardization in promoting the modernization of governance systems and capabilities, as well as facilitating the construction of Tibetan brands.

Gao Xiaohong, the President of Quality Research Sub-institute of CNIS, advised listing the "construction of 'the Third Pole' regional public brand" into the measures to implement the Measures of the State Administration for Market Regulation to Help Tibet Improve Market Supervision Capabilities in the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) Period, when she worked in Tibet as an assist officer in 2021.
